THE COAT AND ONLY / MA / WS2015/16
This collection celebrates the idea that one needs no more than a coat and shoes to be well dressed. In a counter response to a flooded consumer market, I designed coats that might shield our bodies from this overwhelming situation. With a strong focus on the structure and design of the material, colour and silhouette, a collection was created that plays with exaggerated expressions of modern glamorous femininity and practical form and function.
